Testimonials

When a buyer says to me they want a new construction home, one of the first calls I make is to Mark Payne Homes.  They have a variety of neighborhoods and floor plans that can fit almost any budget.  Once a buyer decided to build a Mark Payne home, the staff is great about walking buyers thru the selection process and keeping everyone informed with the progress of the home.  One of my favorite things about Mark Payne Homes is that they honor their completion date commitment to the buyer.  My buyers all love the follow up from the builder, even after closing.  I hear over and over from past clients about how they called for a warranty request and that someone from Mark Payne’s office came out and quickly fixed the issue.  Mark Payne homes has a reputation for being honest and building quality homes in Midland.  It’s a reputation they have worked 25+ years to build and a reputation I think they deserve.

On a whim, one weekend in the spring of 2010, we decided to go look at a house in Woodland Park which was being built by Mark Payne Homes.  By June, we had found a lot, were drawing up plans and making decisions on what was going to go into our "dream home."  Everyone we dealt with was so helpful and made the experience much easier than we thought it would be.  We have had very few problems with the house, but the few issues that have come up have been dealt with quickly and professionally.  Now years later, they still have helped me deal with problems - like getting the fireplaces to light after not having been used all summer - although it is not something they are responsible for, they have still been there.  I would highly recommend Mark Payne Homes to anyone wanting to build a house or buy one which they have built.  They stand behind their houses long after they have become homes.

Sincerely,

Diane McLellan
