Mark Payne Homes values the strong relationships we have with real estate professionals, and to say thank you, we pay a referral fee for assisting in the sale of our homes. The referral fee is paid to licensed real estate brokers who bring in a customer who purchases a new Mark Payne Home.

To earn a referral fee, you must complete and sign the Mark Payne Homes Broker Client Registration Form before or during your client’s initial visit. Registrations may be either by phone or in person. If registering by phone, you must visit the Model Home or Hearth Stone Homes office within 48 hours of the phone registration to sign the Broker Client Registration Form.

Once contract are signed, Hearth Stone Homes will send a broker referral letter to the title company. All referral fees will be paid by Hearth Stone Homes through the title company at closing.
